Return Policy

If you would like a refund due to a defective product, an incorrect size, or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately for return. All items must be returned in ‘as sold’ condition, unworn and in original packaging with all tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 21 days of customers receipt of the product.  

HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchased between December 1st and December 31st, it will be valid to be returned or exchanged on January 6th 2025. Please ensure all products have original tags and a valid receipt. 

 

Contact us at sales@rugby.ca, with reference to your Order #XXXX. Package up the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return, and if you would like to exchange the item(s) or return for a refund.

Rugby Canada will inspect all returns and exchanges and reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition the item was returned in.

We recommend you get a proof of postage for all returned goods – we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.
